Designing a home from the ideas in the clients' minds and the characteristics of their site is a rewarding experience for us. Our portfolio includes comfortable homes for one person, larger homes for families, and an eclectic mix of homes in between. We design additions to blend seamlessly or contrast with the existing structure, and also coordinate renovations that give new life to a home. Our designers are comfortable working with diverse architectural programs, aesthetics, and context considerations so that the homes we build are not "style" conscious, but fit their owners and their environments. Since 1990 we have completed projects in North Carolina, Virginia and Tennessee.

Georgia Bizios personally coordinates each project, from the schematic design stage, to helping the client choose a contractor, to following the progress of the home until it is completed.
