The owner of this home loves to garden and needed a place to winter her potted plants. We designed a garden room addition that opened the house to the outdoors, providing what is now the most popular spot for family and pets. The design met Historic District requirements to preserve the character of the neighborhood, yet the new room provides a very different type of space from the rest of the house.
