This is a dream home for two sisters and their families who enjoy boating, water sports, and living by the water. They also love entertaining houseguests and hosting neighborhood parties. This home overlooking the Intracoastal Waterway was designed and built as a weekend retreat and future retirement home for our clients.

Piers lift the house ten feet above the ground. The living areas and guest room, located on the third floor, are accessible by elevator.
